Do I need to have all my website copy ready?
No. We will establish the page structure and content priorities before design begins. You can provide finished copy, bring a rough draft for editing, or request additional copy support as part of the proposal.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. A redesign begins with a review of what should be kept, changed or removed. The aim is not to place a new visual layer over the same structural problems.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. Your website will be set up so that the everyday updates agreed for your project — such as changing text, images, prices or blog posts — can be managed without rebuilding the site. The exact editing setup depends on the build, and handover guidance is included.
Can you build an online shop?
E-commerce projects are considered individually because the scope depends on products, payments, shipping, stock, policies and the platform required. Include those details in your enquiry and I will advise whether the project is a suitable fit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Larger projects can usually be divided into scheduled payments. The exact structure will be included in your proposal and agreed before work begins.
