How a project usually works.
This is the practical side, not a signed contract. The details for your project are in the proposal or scope we agree.
1. Get in touch
A question is enough. You do not need to speak designer, choose a package first, or write a long brief. English or Polish is fine.
2. We talk about the business
We look at what you already have, what has changed, and what people need to understand. I ask questions and work out a clear starting point.
3. Proposal or scope
I set out what the work includes and a price based on that scope. Prices on the website are starting points only.
4. The project is confirmed
A project becomes confirmed when the proposal or scope has been accepted and any required first payment has been made. The website itself does not create a contract or guarantee availability.
5. We agree what we are fixing, then we design
We agree the direction before I start designing. That makes feedback easier, and it stops the work turning into endless changes based on whether something simply “feels right” that day. We make decisions together, step by step. I explain the thinking as we go.
6. What I do not promise
I do not promise a particular search ranking, conversion rate or that the result will match another project on this site. I work on making the brand or website clearer and a better fit for the business behind it.
