Questions people usually ask.
Short answers about prices, language, timelines and how to start. How a project usually works is on a separate page.
A few useful things to know.
Are these fixed prices?
They are starting points. Final pricing depends on the scope, size and complexity of the project. See starting prices.
Do I need a brief before I get in touch?
No. A question is enough, in English or Polish. You do not need a package, a finished idea, or a written brief.
Can I write in Polish?
Yes. I am based in Greater Manchester and work with English-speaking and Polish-speaking businesses across the UK.
Where are you based?
I am based in Greater Manchester and work with clients across the UK, in person where it helps and online otherwise.
Do you design bilingual English and Polish websites?
Yes. I design bilingual websites and you can write to me in either language.
Do I need to know which package I need?
No. Tell me what is not working now, and we can work out the right place to start.
Is the £175 option a website?
No. Strategy & Direction is a session to decide what to fix first. It is not a brand or website project.
Can I start with strategy first?
Yes. That is what Strategy & Direction is for, if you know something needs to change but not what to fix first.
How long does a project take?
Typical timelines are about 2–4 weeks for brand identity, 3–6 weeks for a website, and 5–8 weeks for brand + website. The real timeline depends on the scope and how quickly we can make decisions together.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment schedules can be discussed for larger projects.
Do you work with CICs and charities?
Yes. There are flexible support options for selected community organisations, based on your funding and the scope of the work. See community work.
Do you start with colours?
No. We start with the business: what has changed, what needs to be clearer, and what the brand or website needs to do better. How it looks comes after that.
Will my project look like the work on this site?
The selected work shows the approach. It does not promise the same design, search ranking, conversion rate or commercial result for another business.
